Who is Red Wallace??
My name is Red Wallace. I help purpose-driven men beat burn out & discover their true creative identity, to make an eternal impact and escape hustle culture. Through coaching, consulting and social media content/podcasts. I’m a husband, father of two, and active member and leader at my local church. I’m first a creative who has worn many hats from rapping, music producing, live sound engineering, drumming, video editing, and more!
I grew up with the lie that I needed to perform and achieve to get approval but in 2018 I started embarking on self discovery journey that has led me to be that guide and trusted advisor for other creative like me.
Could you tell us what type of business you have and how long you’ve been operating your business?
I’m a creative mindset coach and consultant. I’ve been in business since the end of 2021.
What inspires you to pursue your dreams and goals?
I know what it’s like to be filled with overwhelm, burnt out, and stuck. I’ve been in those dark places where you want to give up on your dreams and now I help others get free and rediscover their God given calling and purpose in life.
What are 3 valuable lessons you have learned as a creative and change maker?
1. You can only take others where you’ve first been yourself meaning you must first do the deep inner work if you truly hope to make an impact.
2. Rest will find you rather through disciple or delight meaning your need for rest will either be scheduled or your body will start to physically give out and force you into rest.
3. The REAL goal you desire is the feel you attach to the outcome you hope to achieve. If you can find a means to experience that feeling then that goal will become a byproduct of that.

I help purpose-driven men beat burn out & discover their true creative identity, to make an eternal impact and escape hustle culture. I do this through coaching, consulting and social media content/podcasts. My services are tailor made to the person that is in front of me. Meaning it could be combination of deep coaching, brand consulting and more.
What is your ultimate secret to your success?
My secret is not striving to become the person that is already inside of me. And helping others do the same.
What is coming up next for you?
I’ve got plans to have an app developed to have all my services and community in its own ecosystem. As well as developing a new group coaching program to better service the creative community.
