Could you tell us what type of business you have and how long you’ve been operating your business?

I’ve been in business since April 2020. I have a grief organization for grieving communities who need a safe place to grieve.

What inspires you to pursue your dreams and goals?

I am inspired by my love for the community. I see the needs on a community level and living in a state where they do not value community; I find the need and enjoyment in creating community on needs. I thrive off of community.

What are 3 valuable lessons you have learned as a creative and change maker?

Rest-It’s okay to limit your tasks per day and take breaks and please get ample sleep

No is a powerful statement. I do not have to show up to everything.

When I am in my creative mode; fuel my creativity and cater to the creativity I feel At that moment.

Let’s talk about the services/products you offer, who do you help, and how do you help?

I offer Grief Groups, Co-working space, Community Space, Journals, Published work, Speaking Engagements

What is your ultimate secret to your success?

Community and having support with others. Having a support system of people you can share your ideas with, call and just be. Being authentic and sticking to the vision at hand. I had to understand that just like I grow, my organization does too. The identity changes and shifts. But I had to learn that everyone will have opinions and ideas, and while they maybe top tier, sometimes, you have to remember what is at the center of your passion. So when no one understands, and what you do looks completely different, you have to keep going because it’s yours.

What is coming up next for you?

Rereleasing my first book, publishing my second book, and figuring out the direction of my community office. Getting back into my writing creativity.
