When our team ran into an issue, we reached out through live chat to ask for assistance.

As soon as our question was sent off, the chat box appeared in the lower right-hand corner and it told us where we were in the waiting queue.

We were impressed by how quickly an agent responded, as our wait time was less than three minutes.

However, based on the nature of our question, the customer service agent had to pass it over to the marketer specialist via email so that we could get the proper help.

Unfortunately, this created a ticket with a quoted wait time of up to 10 hours. Although, if the platform’s customer service is experiencing a high influx of requests, it might take longer for someone to get back to us.

Furthermore, this product also includes a knowledge base filled with plenty of helpful articles and how-to videos, for independent users who want to find the answer on their own.

While the customer support services need some improvement in our opinion, its detailed knowledge base is a great resource for users who need faster results.
