Sureee… My name is Sherrita C Niles and I am affectionately referred to as the “Business Challenge Assassin,” I am founder and CEO of iN-Connection Strategies, a creative solutions agency currently based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We create space, opportunities and strategies where entities can accelerate their growth by building and/ or maximizing their business community. I am a genuine people lover who is passionate about assisting others in reaching their greatest potential. As a servant, a leader, a life-learner, a creative problem solver, super-connector and a community builder, I recognize my assignment is to assist others with navigating their journey while utilizing what is available to them and sharing my own resources and knowledge along the way. With over 20 years in community relationship building within several industries, I use my superpowers to demonstrate how aligning your business to the right individuals or entities is the solution to all your business challenges.

iN-Connection Strategies was established in 2019 after a pivot from corporate event management services. We are a strategic solutions agency specializing in community relationships and engagement. iN-Connection Strategies partners with organizations to increase economic growth and potential. With social capital growth being the #1 solution to many common business challenges. Our strategic solutions and managed consulting mobilizes the right people and skills to help your organization build a community that will maximize your potential.
What inspires you the most to pursue your dreams and goals?
People are my inspiration! I recognize something amazing in every person I have the opportunity to connect with. The exposure to greatness in others keeps me in self reflection and continuously encourages me to push further. Because I understand the access that building social capital offers I am always seeking to meet and learn about someone new. Making each day a new adventure for me.
What are 3 valuable lessons you have learned as a creative and changemaker?
Always be open to learning.

I serve two separate customers: 1) Entrepreneurs and creatives seeking to level up their social capital building skills. Our services include courses, publications and specifically curated events to advance their current skills. 2) Organizations seeking to advance their community building and engagement to ensure growth and sustainability. Our services offer several options for community building, engagement, and event management.
What is your ultimate secret to your success?
Faith is my fuel. It’s really not a secret! My faith in God and believing I am everything He says I am is how I have made it this far. Entrepreneurship and business ownership are not for the faint at heart. It requires a power source beyond what I have on my own to keep me at it daily. I remain grateful always.
What is next for the awesome Sherrita Niles?
Next up is the launch and possible tour for my newly released book “Relationship WINS” published by The Creating Change Group. I created a simple actionable guide for professionals but there is nothing simple about me so expect this celebration to be over the top. I also host a series of relationship building events in the Indianapolis area called “Bonding Over Beverages”. These events are a fun, interactive, mix and mingle for business owners to get to know one another better without the anxiety or frustration of traditional networking events.
