Hello everyone! I am Tanisha Mackin. I am an award-winning and bestselling author, ghostwriter, and publisher. In 2022, I combined my love of writing and travel to create Tanisha’s Traveling Bag, a travel blog and show where I share my experiences and recommendations for destinations around the world. I currently reside in Georgia with my two beautiful children.
Could you tell us what type of business you have and how long you’ve been operating your business?
I am the owner and operator of a publishing company, Tanisha Mackin Publishing, where I ghostwrite and publish books for my clients. I have been in business for over 5 years and have published over 75 books, helping my clients become bestselling authors. In addition to my publishing company, I am also a travel writer and tv host of the Tanisha’s Traveling Bag. I am passionate about helping people share their stories and reach their goals. I believe that everyone has a unique story to tell, and I am honored to help them tell it. I am also passionate about travel, and I love sharing my experiences with others. I believe that travel is a powerful way to learn, grow, and connect with others. I am excited to continue my work as a publisher, travel writer, and television host. I am committed to helping people share their stories, reach their goals, and explore the world.
What is your inspiration and why do you pursue your dreams and goals?
My children are my biggest inspiration. They are the reason I wake up in the morning and the reason I work hard to achieve my goals. I want to be a role model for them and show them that anything is possible if you set your mind to it. I know that I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.
What are 3 valuable lessons you have learned as a creative and changemaker?
1. You cannot please everyone.
2. Not everyone will celebrate or support you.
3. Be your own cheerleader.

Tanisha Mackin Publishing, assist clients with their book publishing needs. We do everything from ghostwriting our clients book, book cover services, editing services and more. Tanisha’s Traveling Bag, assist travelers or potential travelers plan their trips through my blog, travel guides and television show. I can provide information about where I have traveled, activities, accommodations, and experiences in different countries, states, and cities. I can also help you book flights, hotels, and activities.
What is your ultimate secret to your success?
Staying humbled and thankful for where I am in life. I do not worry about what other companies are doing, I focus on what I am doing and the steps I am taking.
What’s next for the wonderful Tanisha Mackin?
Season 3 of my traveling show is coming soon on YouTube and the InspireU Network. I will be traveling for the rest of the year, so I can complete several guides, blogs and my show.
