Contact management with NetHunt is seriously awesome.
Let’s start from square one.
We were given the option to either import our contacts or create them from scratch.
We loved that NetHunt allowed us to automatically import them from other popular CRMs, including:
- Insightly
- Streak
- Copper
- OnePageCRM
The SBB team and I had recently been testing Insightly, so we decided to see how the import process went.
We simply input the API code and everything synced up perfectly!
So, if you’re looking to move to NetHunt from another CRM, we can safely say it’s completely painless regarding customer organization.
We also added some affiliate marketing B2B contacts at Small Business Bonfire.
The process took just a few clicks and filling out some fields. Here’s how it looked from our perspective.
We especially liked how we could create individual lists to organize contacts, easily segmenting them.
Here’s our contacts dashboard, where we created a list called “affiliate marketing contacts.”
Some other standout aspects of this feature are:
- It’s extremely easy to edit contact information
- Each card holds a ton of customer data
- There’s a convenient search bar to find contacts quickly
- Contact columns are easily customizable
At the end of the day, NetHunt has contact management capabilities that rival the best CRMs on the market.
It’s safe to say that the CRM far exceeded our expectations in this regard!
