Through partnerships with top domestic and international brands, KOLON MALL offers a wide range of products and cultural content, including apparel, beauty, and living items. However, consumers often perceived KOLON MALL as a KOLON exclusive platform, which limited its ability to compete in the fashion platform market that thrives on diverse brand curation and emotional consumption. To address this perception, the project aimed to redefine KOLON MALL’s brand identity and develop a consistent brand experience across all consumer touchpoints to establish a strong associative image and become an influential brand in the market.
