Over the last 15 years, we’ve taught and inspired tens of millions of students, and provided a celebrated platform where world-class creators could teach and inspire.
To keep our services available through the next chapter of CreativeLive, we’ve decided to focus on our existing paid customers, and close registrations to new accounts as of May 8, 2025.
What does this mean?
- The CreativeLive site continues to be available to all our paying students
- If you’ve ever bought any class or subscription from CreativeLive, you will keep full access to the customer-only site, and can purchase new content as well.
- New or current free users who purchase a class or subscription before May 8 will also maintain access. Any accounts without purchases after that date will be closed.
- If you purchased classes individually, we encourage you to download them. You can now easily download everything in a few clicks with our new bulk downloader, although you will still also have access to your library online.
- The site will not be available to anyone else.
Why?
Through streaming our classes live and sharing a behind-the-scenes view of our productions, we’ve always believed in the value of showing the twists and turns of the creative journey, not just the polished end results.
The last few years have been challenging. In this era of self-publishing, short attention span clips, and infinite free content, meeting the economics of running CreativeLive, producing the highest quality content, and providing 24/7 free livestreams as originally envisioned became tough. Our small and dedicated remaining crew (mostly 10+ years at CreativeLive!) has been keeping things going, but it is now the time to streamline and focus efforts on paying customers.
We’re immensely proud of what we collectively built at CreativeLive, and thank you for all your support over the years!
