My name is Shari Williams. I’m an Author, Life & Business Coach, and Entrepreneur. I serve as the awesome role of CEO of Her of Household Enterprises. I’ve been a trusted life and business coach with a passion for personal development, leadership, and women’s empowerment.
Could you tell us what type of business you have and how long you’ve been operating your business?
For well over a decade, I’ve equipped women with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to create harmonious, fulfilling, and prosperous households. By combining my extensive expertise in personal development, leadership, and entrepreneurship. My company, Her of Household has served as a catalyst for positive change and transformation.
What inspires you to pursue your dreams and goals?
Being able to see the growth in my clients’ business gives me a fire, drive and passion every day to see different outcomes, no matter the obstacles.
What are 3 valuable lessons you have learned as a creative and changemaker?
The number one lesson I’ve learned in my career is to never ever be afraid to hire help. Even if you can’t afford to it’s imperative, that you connect with like-minded individuals to feed your brain daily in a positive matter. Also #2, therapy is ok. Many business professionals have mentors and therapist. Your mental health is essential. Last #3, but not least networking is key! You wouldn’t believe how many of us could really benefit from each other.

What is your ultimate secret to your success?
There is no secret and there’s no stairs to success. There is a specific drive and determination that we must get up every day and reach for. That’s my secret if you must call it that. (Chuckles)
