My name is Ashlee Smith. I am a faith-based entrepreneur, mother of 2 owner and operator of a non-medical home care agency and life coaching service business. My agency was awarded best home help agency in Florida from 2018-2022. I was awarded Forbes entrepreneur honoree in 2021. I launched my coaching services brand and podcast named Ratchet to Righteous in 2021 to help individuals transform. As a Transformational Life Coach in personal development through faith, healing and transformation. Personally, I enjoy time with my children, outside nature, journaling, and spa days.
Could you tell us what type of business you have and how long you’ve been operating your business?
I own and operate a home health care business in Florida. I have been in business for 7 years but aside from my home health care business. I operate a life coaching service business which has been operating for a little over 2 years now.
What inspires you to pursue your dreams and goals?
My inspiration is knowing I am a open door to someone else breakthrough, that what God has created for us to do on earth really can be accomplished in his will and timing and knowing every day I get up I am making a impact in the world.
What are 3 valuable lessons you have learned as a creative and changemaker?
• I learned that just because you are busy doesn’t mean your producing.
• I learned that your true self value is found in the challenges you face in life and how you overcome them is what reveals your character heart posture and/or motives.
• Keep loving yourself and others even if it’s not reciprocated back to you. It will yield you greatness upon the earth because people always remember how you make them feel when in your presence. Give and show love always!
Let’s talk about the services/products you offer. Who do you help, and how do you help?
I offer services to individuals through transformational life coaching services. My one-to-one coaching helps individuals grow beyond self-limiting beliefs mentally, physically and spiritually. This allows their personal development and leadership skills to thrive. Connecting with my clients one to one allows more intimate and personal interaction with each person. I create a space for vulnerability and transparency moments which allows my client to release what may be keeping them stagnant in pressing forward into the vision they see.

My ultimate secret to success is prayer. Aligning your life with who you authentically are which aligns with your purpose.

What’s next for me is more books, new podcast episodes & more traveling to expand my voice as a speaker. I am working on expanding everything!
